ONENESS, Do you Desire it?
Oneness to me is the inclusion of everything and everyone and no judgment of anything or anyone. I am a part of you and you are a part of me. I am one with my body and I am one with the world.
Yet, we try to fit ourselves into some form of definition, mother, daughter, sister, brother, father, engineer, healer, spiritual adviser, plumber, carpenter, caregiver, etc. As if that is going to define who or what we are. We attempt to define what we do as a way to prove to others that we are valuable and worthy or that we fit in and belong. What would it take for you to just be YOU? What would it take for you to release the judgments and conclusions about you and your life that your parents, friends and family have placed on you?
What would it take for you to take off the ball and chain of guilt, blame, shame, regret and allow yourself the space to just be. To breathe in the sweetness of life or to see the beauty in others, as it’s a reflection of your beauty back to you.
To me oneness feels like space. When I close my eyes and think of oneness and allow myself to feel it, it’s as if my body is in tiny little particles floating around the universe. To me, it represents infiniteness, and in the space of infiniteness, it opens me up to so much more, more than I can be when I am separate.
Oneness, do you desire it?
